While boarding in #####, I noticed one Russian guy with panic expression on his face. He all of a sudden started running down the aircraft cabin going from one side to other, looking in all directions looking very worried. I approached him asking what was wrong, his voice was tense stating that someone was following him and he’s going to kill me! Pointing down the cabin shouting “that the guy that big, bald guy with tel-aviv passport he’s on the way to aircraft”.
He immediately ran to the back of the cabin and locked himself in the lavatory. I knocked on the door and he opened the door slightly pointing down the cabin he told me that the guy was already in the cabin, looking for him. However as I looked down the cabin I saw no one matching his description.
I called my senior after informing her of the situation we called airport security. Soon the police arrived in 4 cars. Meanwhile the man had followed me inside the cabin asking me to switch off the karaoke that we have inside the aircraft. Then he said that someone is calling his name on the megaphone!!!
The police asked him to tell them where the man was who was threatening him. He looked outside the window pointing that the man was running outside around the aircraft about to enter!!! No one was outside. The police took him away.
Later on, I found out that, the guy came on the next flight with 2 security guys escorting him. He is mentally unstable and the funny thing is that, in the jail he started speaking English. However while he was on-board, he didn’t even understand what people around were asking him!!! By I.R
DUTY FREE WITHOUT THE COMMISSION
One colleague once said that all flight deck come from the same mode. She went on "You know the kind, when they were at school they would be the boy with the acne and round glasses getting top grades but no girl would go near them". I have lots of good friends who are pilots, most are careful with their money with no shortage of girlfriends and they enjoy a great time out and buy a round or two.
But on one of my flights one individual Captain took tightness one-step too far…. I was doing duty free when he called me into the flight deck he asked to look at the duty free magazine. After he looked at it he asked if I had this watch pointing to a 200-dollar ladies wristwatch. I checked and I inform the Captain that I did, he said great could I have it. I said yes how would you like to pay? I will give you cash he replied reaching for his wallet. I bought the watch and he handed over 180 dollars. I said oh it’s 200 dollars. His quick reply was you get 10% commission so I deducted that from the price. I just looked at him and his closing statement as he took the watch was you cant expect to receive a profit from crew can you. By flying chick 05.
EGO TRIPPER CAPTAIN.
Recently on a short turn around, the captain came in to do his briefing. During the same time our lovely senior crew was just finishing up checking a couple of documents. CAPT informed the crew about the flight time and level… nothing else as it was so short…
Then VERY sarcastically turned to her and said “did you hear anything I said?”
Senior Crew replied “yes capt I was listening to you”
and he replied “when I walk into a room I expect everyone to drop what they are doing and give me their full attention”
the poor crew apologized and said again that she had listened and even repeated the flight info that he had given.
THEN this ego tripper went to briefing and offloaded our senior leaving us now 2 crew down and no one to replace her.
So if you are lucky enough to fly with this capt in the future I suggest you all bow down to him and treat him like the king he thinks he is or be prepared to go home… which actually would be a much better option than flying with that #*#$%!!* Anonymous posting.
