Just few things about Toronto. IT'S GREAT!
You really need to go to Niagara Falls. You can get there with an organized tour (Big NO if u want my opinion) as this costs 125$ after discount. Better and cheaper is find a responsibile crew with driving license and rent a car. We got a 7 seats car for 140$, that's nothing when you spilt that amounst 7! You need to consider gas, food and about 1$ for tasting 3 different types of wine if u stop to a winery (Recommend Joseph's ... he is a very nice old man and would be more than happy to give u a tour).
CN Tower is 5 min walk from the hotel (15 if you stop for pictures with the statue of a man on the bench :D) it has a great view, nice hot- dogs, and lots of souvenirs.
Downstairs @ the hotel you can have a very nice breakfast @ York's Kitchen for only 10$ with crew discount (make sure u have y're ID).
Go to Irish Embassy if u want a nice time out, not too many choices on food, but what they have is great - people over there are very friendly ...well, it's Canada!
If you want to shop in a shopping mall? Then 2 bus stations away or take a nice walk under-ground, it's like a small city over there, shops, places to eat, quite crowded (but not if u go there on weekend).
I would suggest you to have a long rest before the flight and during the flight take 2nd break. As the flight is 14 hours and the ecconomy crew didn't get the chance to eat, we had something when we reached there while collecting blankets + headsets on ground and closing bars... passangers were very demanding and was a full flight, senior didn't get get a break and came to the back to help, only good thing about the flight was that I saw Excellent team work.
If u get there, I wish u a 78h layover, great crew and nice weather :)
